Bubome.com allows you 30 downloads per month of our videos to your mobile phone or on the BuboMe website! We charge $9.99/month plus Message and Data Rates May Apply, for access to our video library. Charges will appear on wireless bill or deducted from prepaid account. Subscription will renew automatically until service is canceled. Service is compatible on most handsets. Text STOP to 24166 to cancel your subscription, or text HELP to 24166 for help information.


To apply for Membership, you must provide us with certain required information; we may also ask for other information that is optional ("Registration Information"). We collect some of the Registration Information via your mobile phone when you sign-up for a Membership and other Registration Information on the websites. You agree to provide true and accurate Registration Information, and to update that Registration Information as it changes. If we determine that your Registration Information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, then we may suspend or terminate your Membership.


To apply for a Membership, you must provide and confirm your mobile phone number and agreement to the Terms on the Membership sign-up pages. You can also initiate sign-up through a smartphone page, WAP page or in response to television or print ads; we may use or develop other means of initiating sign-ups for the service.


Once you sign-up for BuboMe by providing your phone number and confirming your agreement via PIN or other relevant method, you can access the website/mobile website and start downloading our hilarious and mindboggling mobile videos that were submitted by our users and selected by the BuboMe Staff. You can perform up to 30 downloads per month on the web or your phone, but please note that if you are not on an unlimited messaging plan that you may incur additional text messaging charges every time you send or receive a text message to/from Bubome.com. Message and data rates may apply. You must be the account owner or have authorization of the account holder to subscribe. You must be the owner of this device and either be at least 18 years old or have the permission of your parent or guardian and agree to the Terms of Services. This service is available to AT&T subscribers only.


From time to time, you may receive ads for other products or services. If and when you cancel your subscription, you will receive no more ads. Some of these ads may be for paid services. If you sign up for a paid service and wish to cancel, you must contact that individual advertiser.


When you subscribe, you agree that all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or related to our services, including charges on your wireless carrier bills, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, i.e., not consolidated with any other party's claims, and that you waive the right to bring or participate in any class action litigation or class arbitration.


We will pay the reasonable costs of non-frivolous arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by a recognized provider of consumer arbitration services, such as, but not limited to, American Arbitration Association.


If you prevail in the arbitration, the arbitrator may include your reasonable attorney's fees in the arbitration award.


We may amend these Terms of Service from time to time without specific notice to you except that any amendment or modification to the arbitration provisions, prohibition on class action provisions or any other provisions applicable to dispute resolution or (ii) to the pricing of the service and/or billing provisions, won't apply to any disputes or charges incurred prior to the applicable amendment or modification. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to any changes to the Member Terms in effect at that time. We will post the latest Member Terms on the website/mobile website. Therefore, you should regularly check the website/mobile website for any updates or changes.
